January 2025 Tzedakah Box

828 million people in the world suffer from hunger and malnutrition. That’s 2-1/2 times the U.S. population. The United Nations has set a goal of Zero Hunger by 2030. 70% of Rise Against Hunger meals go to hungry children all over the world and support children’s attendance at school (the only meal many receive that day) with 30% of packed meals going to health clinics, disaster relief efforts and adults learning a new trade. Our Tzedakah Box this month goes to support that effort.
