Livestream Start Instructions

Q: I can't seem to get the livestream to start. What can I do?
A: When you are on the streaming page and Beth Am is broadcasting, you will see a red "LIVE" indicator in the upper left corner (see image below). Click on the "play" triangle in the middle of the window to view the broadcast in progress. The livestream will NOT show on your screen until you click on the "PLAY" triangle.

If you arrive at the streaming page too early before, or after services have ended, and Beth Am is not streaming, there will be no "LIVE" indicator as shown in this screenshot:

If you click on a video window on the streaming page before the start time (no "LIVE" indicator), you will see a popup box with the message "Sanctuary is not broadcasting right now" as shown in the screenshot below. Please click on the "X" to close this popup and check the start and end time of the services. You will see the red "LIVE" indicator appear in the upper left corner when streaming starts and is ready to view.
