Anxiety getting you down? News stressing you out? Not sure what the new year will bring, but ready for a change? Come join other Jewish women in welcoming the new Hebrew month of Tammuz, with a hands-on, positive & creative way to envision the year to come. Lisa Rauchwerger will lead us in a therapeutic, hands-on way to set goals and envision a year that YOU would like to see, from the comfort of your own home, using materials you have on hand. (No experience necessary.)
Before the session, please have on hand:
- old magazine/s/newspaper/s you can cut up
- scissors
- glue/gluestick or tape
- a piece of cardstock or paper 8.5'' x 11'' or larger
- colored pencils/pens/markers (optional)
- a flat surface on which to work
