"For the Sake of Argument" Intergenerational Arguments Workshop
Wednesday, February 19, 2025 • 21 Sh'vat 5785
6:30 PM - 8:00 PMBeit KehillahSince October 7th, Israel has become a source of painful division in many families and communities. If you're struggling to have meaningful conversations about Israel with family, colleagues or friends, you're not alone.
Please join workshop facilitators Robbie Gringras and Abi Dauber Stern to be a part of their pilot program, offering an educational, story-based approach to help you reconnect. Abi and Robbie will lead an interactive workshop, aimed at converting intergenerational arguments into meaningful conversations and connections. Using their research-based FSA (For the Sake of Argument) approach, you will:
- Develop thought-provoking ways to discuss Israel across generations
- Gain skills for navigating arguments
- Strengthen family and community bonds
These practical approaches can be applied not just within your family, but in a variety of community and professional settings.
This workshop is open to:
- Parents and their adolescent through adult children
- Adults over 45 and under 30
This workshop will be limited to 20 people:
- Ten individuals ages 15-30
- Ten individuals over 45
Space is limited. REGISTER HERE.
Reminder emails about the workshop with an introduction to For the Sake of Argument will be sent to the email address entered in the registration form. Additionally, follow-up resources will be shared after the program.
